Playing around with my new camera… WAY too much useless fun. (at Stadium Apartments)
This is my first mixed media art journal page EVER. I can’t believe I’m just now getting into it, it’s so fun! It’s not my best work, but I realized about halfway in that all my materials are old and gunky, so I guess its time for new supplies.
I totally just did this with my hair and it looks so freaking cute. I’m legit disappointed that I’m not going to prom or getting married right now.
Tip for anyone with ridiculously straight hair like me: After you do your braids, curl the rest of your hair! Then you can either pin it into a messy bun or just let it chill. Either way looks cute :)

I’m half deaf and as a result, I talk a little bit funny. Kids made fun of me so bad that at age 7 I was clinically depressed and have since had moderate-severe social anxiety. People are mean anymore, but the anxiety won’t ever fully go away.
Maybe we could do a “pay it forward” kind of thing so OP doesn’t have to send out thousands of messages :)

My dog Baxter, I have to hold onto him for dear life when we go on car rides.
I really need to take a step back sometimes and realize how lucky I really am.
I’ve got:
- an amazing boyfriend, who stuck it out with me even when I had to move 800 miles away to Chicago. A year later and we still talk everyday and skype every night. <3 and we’ll be moving in together in the next month or so!
- a chance to start over and do things right this time
- a few amazing girlfriends who have been there for me through the good and the bad
